How do I book a decoration package?

To book a decoration package, please fill out the booking form on our website and include your Instagram username. We will get back to you with confirmation and further details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We require a 50% payment to secure your booking, with the remaining 50% due 7 days prior to your booking date. Payment details will be provided in your invoice.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can make changes to your booking up to 48 hours in advance. You have the option to reschedule your event for a later date of your choosing, subject to availability.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability and to allow us time to prepare and execute your decor. Please note that bespoke packages require 3 weeks minimum advanced notice, shorter than 3 weeks will incur a late fee of 12% of the package price.
