  • We provide hotel room decoration services for various occasions, including birthdays, anniversaries, wedding nights, and more. Our offerings include themed decor packages such as The Moments Room for vibrant celebrations and The Romance Room for intimate, romantic settings.

How do I book a decoration package?

  • To book a decoration package, please fill out the booking form on our website and include your Instagram username. We will get back to you with confirmation and further details.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We require a 50% payment to secure your booking, with the remaining 50% due 7 days prior to your booking date. Payment details will be provided in your invoice.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

  • Yes, you can make changes to your booking up to 48 hours in advance. You have the option to reschedule your event for a later date of your choosing, subject to availability.

What is included in the decoration packages?

  • Our packages include decor items and design elements tailored to the theme of your package. For example, The Moments Room features vibrant decor options for any occasion, while The Romance Room includes elegant decor with our unique floating petals feature to enhance the romantic ambiance.

Are your services available for all types of events?

  • Yes, we cater to a wide range of events, including birthdays, anniversaries, wedding nights, and other special occasions. If you have a specific event in mind, feel free to reach out to us to discuss your needs.

Do you offer bespoke options for the packages?

  • We offer a range of pre-designed packages, but we are happy to discuss bespoke packages to better fit your vision. Please contact us with your ideas, and we’ll work with you to create the perfect decor.

How far in advance should I book?

  • We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability and to allow us time to prepare and execute your decor. Please note that bespoke packages require 3 weeks minimum advanced notice, shorter than 3 weeks will incur a late fee of 12% of the package price.
